Hi, My name is Dominique, Frenchman but living here in California for the past 30 years. LOVE Triumphs! on my 4th Sprint St and also had a Speed Triple in the past. Doing lots of CUSTOM on these bikes. Sadly, on this last one, I cannot get the starter to click in. I can start with Screw driver across the Solenoid, otherwise nothing. Bike has always been slow on start. would not engage right away and now not cranking at all. Maybe some of you have suggestions? Thanks!!

Hi Dominique and welcome to the forum  As mentioned, switch is good start point, then battery/starter terminal connections, then leads.
Good luck on your finding the issue

Thanks! Yes, might be dirt in switch. Bike has always been hesitant to start since I got it about a year ago and all of the sudden nothing at all. Battery connection is good, relay I can hear ( I have also another Sprint for parts so, I switched a bunch of stuff like Solenoid, checked other relays, seems to all be ok. Thanks for input, it is appreciated. Cheers from California!
