    Hello everyone.

I am locked in my house at the moment like a lot of folks around the globe. I am planning to purchase a new motorcycle in the next year or so after being off 2 wheels for a long time. I don't know a lot about the newer Triumphs and thought I would join the forum and try to soak up a bit of knowledge.

Thanks in advance for all the information in the forums and please stay safe out there!!!

I would like to test ride a street triple and just for fun maybe a Rocket.. However, ergonomics might be an issue for me on the street triple. I'm 6'4 (162.5 cm I believe) and about 245 lbs (111 kg).

The Rocket really wasnt on my radar until recently but I would like to test ride. The only issue with it for me would be the weight. I'm a big guy but I'm also getting older now too. :(

If you have the test ride you’ll be amazed at how well balanced it is :)

mpride: I would say first and formost, buy something that fits you. Even then, a little "tayloring" helps. Some different bars/risers, a different seat, whatever. The basic bike has to fit. Triumph makes a lot of different models, unlike some manufacturers who tack on different fenders and paint and.call it a "new model". ...J.D.
