Greetings to One and All, I just picked up a new 2018 Bonneville Bobber last week. Only one ride so far, all the way across Calgary, Alberta in stop and go rush hour traffic. The air temperature was +32C, so a warm ride with a black helmet and tall black padded riding boots. But none the less I enjoyed the heck out of the 60 minute ride. I then had to leave the bike in the garage, as I went off to my summer home in BC with the wifie for a 2 week holiday get away. I am retired and have ridden Motorcycles and Scoots for over 50 years now. I have the new Bobber along with two 1976 Honda Goldwings (the naked versions) and a Vespa 300. The Vespa is my ride when I am at my winter home on Bonaire. I also have a bunch of 4-wheel things, mostly Porsches. I also have a 3 wheeled thing that flys, that is a Piper Mirage (PA46350P). The wife is actually the Pilot in the family. It looks like an interesting forum, I just found you folks this AM. I will spend some time over the next few days, when the wife does have me busy doing work around the house, reading some post and threads. Cheers Steve
Thanks for the welomes. Photo of my new Bonneville should be attached. Right now it is stock off the dealers floor. I may add some side bags and a few other bits here and there as time goes by. I had just done some work on the pavement in my driveway so I put the board down to protect it.
