Its official...I am now part of the Triumph group. Picked up my '18 1200 Tiger XCA yesterday.

I cant speak highly enough about this bike. I test rode three bikes: Ducsti Multistrada 1260S, BMW 1200GS, and the 1200 Tger XCA. It's obvious what won. They were all great machines, but the Tiger was the most comfortable, ergonomic, feature rich, and smoothest response out of all three. Really looking forward to getting it dirty and learning from the Tiger ADV riders here.

Great bike you have there! I test rode one and definitely would be the bike for me if I had the spondoolies

I was really impressed...in all aspects. I test rode a 1200GS and honestly...I dont see the attraction. Going to get this one dirty.

You have made a good choice, time and miles will confirm this if you have any doubt. I also test rode the gs, which everyone told me to buy. However, it just did not blow my skirt up like the Triumph did.
The gs felt like you can go round the world on it,, The explorer felt like a "Motorbike" you could ride round the world. They are a joy.
Enjoy it, although its not the greatest time of the year to be collecting a new bike.

I live in AZ, so it actually the perfect time to get a bike 50*f in the morning, about 70*f middle of the day. Great riding weather. No doubt I made a great choice. Thank you!

All good man. They are great bikes. Had to test ride both so I could make an informed decision. Tiger just fit me better.

Great to hear about them being reliable. This is my first Triumph, definitely not my last.

Thanks Joe. I love this bike more and more every day. Contrary to some reviews I read saying the 1200 is too much to be an off road bike, I find it very capable and easy to handle off road.
