Sprint Never Talk Good About Your Sprint

Never talk nicely about your Sprint. My 2002 955i developed a hard-starting problem. At first, when cold, you would have to spin it over two or three times to get it to start. It finally failed to start yesterday. It also lit the MIL light. I first suspected the fuel pump pressure/volume. Until now, it started and ran well when hot. I moved on to the voltage at the coils. +/- 1/2 volt near 5 volts present. Plugs are 3000 miles new, and the air filter is also new. The last valve check was 3,000 miles ago.
Without plugging in the OBD device. My spidy sense keeps telling me it's a possible Ignitor problem. Is this a known issue? Or am I crazy?

I have a 2011 Sprint GT 1050, and can't say that I've had any trouble with it (43k on the clock). Best of luck!

Do a compression test if you have the equipment , I've had 2 of my friends ( one with a 1999 ST the other w/ 2001 ST) that had hard starting problems, turned out to be low compression, unfortunately the fix was a head replacement. I hope yours turns out to be something more simple....and less expensive !!!
