Anyone been bothered to get out late at night and have a look?
I decided to take the binoculars out last night for a look. I live in a valley so had to drive out a few miles to get high enough to get a good view as it's quite low in the sky. It wasn't especially late, just around 11pm but it was bloody amazing. Clearly, but faintly, visible to the naked eye but through binoculars, stunning. Pretty rare events, bright comets, so get out and take a look, very cool. I had no means to take a picture but Google is your friend. Nothing like seeing it for yourself though.

Yes, have been thinking about it. Urban lighting the issue here so would drive out too. What compass bearing to look please? I think the powers should re-name it - bit of a boring title 'Neowise' - nowhere near eclectic as Hale-Bop-Berry-Tittle.

:joy: To be fair, it isn't quite as impressive as Hale-Bop but it is still really exciting to see.
It is sitting about 10-15 degrees above the horizon towards NW - NNW.
