    Hello,

Two years ago, I had the “brilliant” idea of shipping my Triumph Thruxton from Canada to Italy, thinking I’d enjoy riding it during my summer visits to my parents.

Unfortunately, I’ve been stuck dealing with European bureaucracy. The motorcycle has been sitting in the garage ever since, as I haven’t been able to obtain a Certificate of Conformity (COC) from Triumph Europe because it was manufactured for the Canadian market.

I’ve contacted both a local dealer and Triumph UK, but neither was able to issue the COC.

Does anyone know if there’s any way to get this motorcycle nationalized so I can proceed with inspections and register it with European plates?

    I’d really appreciate any advice.

@Sgroove Didn't think it would be so tiring for you. Perhaps some of our Italian Brother will kick in on this one to help you out. Welcome to the Family any way.
