Hi, a few weeks ago I bought my first Triumph, a Tiger 955i, this was my 3rd bike in the last year the previous 2 were Suzuki. GS 500 then a GSXF 600.
I hadn't ridden a bike for over 20years so that's why I started small then grew larger to get back into the swing of biking again.
Boy do I love this bike it eats up the miles with little effort and so far I've used it mainly for traveling to football matches. My only moans are it's a little top heavy and with the topbox on I have to mount it looking like a right plonker but who cares as once I'm on it I just don't want to get off.

Welcome Cavalier. Tigers are really good bikes for sure. Any particular footie team you follow? The Cobblers maybe since you're in Daventry?

Hi, not the cobblers as I've lived here only 6years, I follow my home team Crystal Palace, season ticket holder so south London is my journey every time.

Croydon, eh. Do you remember your manager Dick Graham? (Beat Nasty Leeds in the Cup, when you were Third Division iirc). He was at school with my Mum and some of the parents of school friends I played footie with back in the '60's. Anyway, he sent our Corby Sunday Streets League team an old Palace kit when we asked, so we changed the team name to Corby Palace. Best turned out team in what was a ragamuffins league.

Just as a matter of interest how are you mounting the bike Pogo stick, trampoline, small step ladder or being lifted on ?
