    I am pretty sure, that like me, you have a favourite mug. That one you'll pick out from the crowd, or the one that makes you smile when SWMBO fetches a brew out to the garage.

    Bit of a cliche really but it's just the right size as I find I usually end up drinking my tea or coffee cold so this means there's not too much waste! image.jpg

    It's like being asked to choose your favourite child - the super smart bossy one (#1 Daughter), or the laid back cracking-good chef who shares my taste in film, humour and music (#1 Son). Oh, and #1D is a damn fine cook too, and knows her ales. So my favourite is one of these:

    My 3 best, the Wildlife Hospital 1 goes back to '95 when we ran a Wildlife Hospital, not many of them left I'd guess, the middle runner and Saltire speak for themselves.

    Unfortunately no longer produced in Dunoon ! :worried:
    The factory asked the council to run a gas line in to the factory, so they could keep production in Dunoon. They refused:confounded:. Factory closed, local jobs lost and now made in the in middle England :weary_face:

    Typical short sighted councillors.

    But thanks for sharing :p

    I have one of those at work, big bugger easily holds a pint. Got it when I went to Orange County Choppers in America in 2005. Make tea in the morning (Black), lasts all morning, and what's left after lunch is a nice iced-tea. Had to take it and sand-blast it last year, 10 years worth of tanin had built to about 1/2" thick and wouldn't come off, even in the dishwasher !!!!!:laughing:
