    Thank you Privateer.
Yes they do see a lot of polish sometime I think I spend more time polishing than riding. I do have a cb650 nighthawk which I try to ride while the salt spreaders are out. Easier to clean and seems quite smooth to ride. Also if I drop it I am out a lot less in repairs.

Should have kept my two sprints I had a 955i and a 1050 but my Son blew the 955 to bits coming down the M25 and the 1050 I sold as people kept stopping cars to close in front of me and it was only a matter of time. But I could have had a five bike trick. Just fall in love with them and want to keep them all but the wife has got jist of all my excuses these days. Still she has put up with me for over 30 years so not bad.

Ha, snap! I've got one each of those Sprints too, which I really need to part with.

Gary P. Its a pleasure and thanks for the nice words. I do love my bikes. I do spend a lot of time cleaning and polishing. The Silver Jubilee is still a work in progress just not firing bang on yet and overheats. I think the left side valve timing might be one cog out. I have tried every thing else but I'll get it eventually.

Which Sprint have you got. No don't tempt me. I love the 955i model and have over the time had four. Just love the bike and keep looking at them. Don't know why Triumph went to the 1050 alought a great bike it didn't live up to the 955 in my opinion only as riders seem to love them.

Of course they do. And sound different. Well that's my excuse now you have put it in my mind. The blue t100 I have promised to my boy when he decides to slow down and it was a feature at his wedding. The Silver Jubilee is a nice collectable that keeps me banging my head on the garage wall but love it to bits reminds me of my Dad back in Ireland when the British bike industry closed their doors he quit with bikes. Only foreign bike he ever had was A Bridgestone that I rode into his front gate and it bent like it was paper. And finally the t120 is a sensible touring bike and as I was going to go home more often I decided to buy it. My Mum was poorly but we lost her in the new year so I will just keep it for touring around. Hope that gets me of the hook. I try to convince the other half that's they are needed.
