I have just started a new build T150, it will be slightly modified and the original harness will not be much use as there will be so many redundant connections. I was thinking of using a Motogadget m unit as it looks to simplify making a harness massively. I am not great with wiring and wondered if anyone has used one . Thoughts appreciated.

Looked at these before as I like electronic gadgets, but they seem rather expensive for a distribution unit, I guess it would simplify the wiring if you are having lots of peripherals like indicators etc, personally I have used three core lighting flex for all my customs for the last 50 years.

Cheers Tricky, wiring is not one of my strong points, so was thinking this would simplify things big time. i got the bike for a song so dont mind the extra outlay

The fact that its intelligent and current sensing will be useful if you're worried about fuse loading etc and if you're not great at wiring then it sounds like it will be money saving in the end...go for it.:)

sold it to me mate, just in the process of building a flat tracker style T150, 850 big bore race cams etc, it will be nice to do a bike that isnt back to std so can play around with different options
