Ok....so I was in my garage yesterday and happened to look at my BPOS And apart from the GMU sticker on the side panel I think it looks a bit plain So with it being just above my pyro directional apertured sprocket cover I thought I would try and spruce it up a bit so this is the design I’m going with After drilling the pilot holes....straight away I’ve ran into a problem The side panel mounting post will need to be cut back and re-strengthened so I can get the mesh in behind the pyro directional apertures it doesn’t rain but it pours
I did mate I knew that they would interfere with the mounting post but I’ll work round it to get the look I’m after
Well that was easier than I thought all holes drilled made a cutting tool Guess what I’ll be doing this afternoon??
Bit of primer and leave overnight to dry hope I can find a filter the same as the last one Otherwise I’ll have to change the mesh on the sprocket cover
0oooh...SATIN BLACK ...lurverly bugger can’t find any mesh to match the sprocket cover Gonna have to change that so that they match I hate it when like this happens
Ok so I couldn’t find any mesh that matches my sprocket cover Went to B&Q last night and got a sheet of this aluminium dimpled stuff It’s only held in place with tape at moment to get the effect.....I did the sprocket cover as well but forgot to take a picture My mate at work says it looks great but I’m not convinced Nah been looking at the picture while doing this and I don’t like it It’s my BPOS and I want mesh so I’ll have to look again for something suitable
I only just saw this. there he goes again always turns out great though. Almost think he knows what hes doing
