Right, first of many carbon parts fitted to the RS today. I'll keep this thread up to date with all the carbon goodies I procure... IF my wife doesn't kill me first that is... o_O

Started off with the rear hugger. Purchased this matte finish hugger from Jumpmancorp on ebay. Great quality. Relatively good price. Super lightweight (who would have thought.. Hah). Very fast delivery. Highly recommend if interested.

Only the hugger will be matte and everything else will be shiny to match the existing carbon parts that comes with the RS.

Next up, battery/tank cover, heat shield, tail light surround, tank infills...

Can anyone recommend any other parts. Or has anyone installed something they now regret? Or do you have any suggestions on places to buy carbon goodness..?

    Please let me know thoughts.

    Thank

Oh mate, sweet, sweet looking bike..! Swing arm cover looks great. Can you send me place you bought it from if to hand...

I was thinking about removing my heat guard as well. But think it looks better on the black speed than the white...

Also, ever thought about removing your passenger pegs?

    Hi TT,
I bought it from a trader called http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/jumpmancorp/

and it was £117. Fit is really REALLY good and tight on the swingarm.
It has a cut (small) on the back so you can get it over your chain without removing it. I fitted a foam pad at the front to prevent rubbing on the frame and 2 small cable ties.
I have taken the pegs off now too btw!
Doesn't look like he has any more but worth sending an email to them i should think!?

    Ahh cool. Thank you!

That's where I bought the hugger. Agree, quality is great.

Will have a look at this, see if they can produce another one.

Got the battery / tank cover on order now... So that'll be the next bit of carbon goodness for me... For now...

Right... Next bit of carbon goodness has arrived and been fitted...

Ordered from Carbon FBR. Fantastic quality. Great fit. Great support.

I've not seen many speedies with a carbon battery cover to be honest... And didn't really know how it would turn out... But have to say, I really like it...

    Next up... Heat guard...

Let me know thoughts and any other suggestions of parts please....

Also, please share any pics you have of carbon bits and pieces in your steeds...
