Yesterday I spent the day riding off road on the mountains of North Wales. Mick is a 7 times Dakar competitor, and he and his team run a brilliant, safe and fun off road day in 1,500 acres of mountainside in N Wales, from their base at Llangynog in the Tanat valley, between Oswestry and Bala. I stayed overnight at the New Inn, Llangynog -good value, and the meet point. We spent an exhilarating day in a (maximum) group of 10 riding through rivers, forests and paths - fantastic. All bikes and kit provided; no off road experience needed, and even first time bikers can get one to one training. Mick and his team are great company.
