    Hi
I am the new owner of a speed triple with standard cans . My problem is I'm shortly heading out on a camping ( not the mincing kind) weekend. I own a set of oxford soft panniers which were fine on my old CBR. When fitted to the speed t they rest on the cans. I am contemplating wrapping the cans with heatproof exhaust wrap. I was wondering if anyone had done this or has a better solution .

    Cheers :upyeah:

You need some SW Motec, Bags Connection Blaze Panniers. Worked great on my speed triple and came with an easily removable frame that keeps the bags off the exhausts. There is a thread and pictures on this site if you do a search.

Kriega is also a favorite. It can be used in different combinations to suit your needs.

I use a 40lt and there's loads of room for a weeks worth of stuff.

    Bike packs - Kriega

    It's a bit pricey but comes with a 10 year guarantee.Highly recommended.
