Hi, just bought a 2017 T100, and we love it!! I have other bikes in my stable also, but this is by far the smoothest, most nimble of the bunch. My wife was thinking of riding it across the country with me. Has anyone done this on a Bonnie before? My concerns are tires and chain tension. I will be adding a centerstand to it so I can adjust the chain in the campsites.
Welcome to the forum. Great choice of bike, centre stand essential in my opinion. Fit a Scottoiler or similar chain lubrication system and you will rarely have to adjust your chain. As for tyres, all depends how you ride, but 10k miles can be had from a decent set of tyres. Try Avon AM26 Roadmaster
Welcome, my wife's ridden her Bonnie down to the South of France and back(@1500 mile return journey) and reckons it's one of the most comfortable bikes she's ridden down there. All that was changed was a King/Queen seat and some decent shocks.
