Seems to be when the Norton vault logs me on, logged off and now Norton vault isn't logging me in for some reason. Gona make a new shortcut perhaps my desktop has a bug on that one, once on the site is fine.

WhenI had a PC I hated Norton. Eventually dumped it and just used the free Windows anti virus software.

Then I dumped Windows and am now wall to wall Apple. Expensive but you don't get virus attacks.
