Links As Someones Name.

    Some one on here showed how to post links to come up as someones name,only I didnt pay attention, now everyones doing it, except me and a couple of others.

    Anyone want to walk us through it, please?

    You mean this @name type thing?
    If so just put an @ symbol before the name

    So how do I make a link into a name, or a random word?

    If you type in a word, then highlight, then click on the oval shape above, same box as you select all the smileys. Then copy the www. Address from the age your linking to. Paste this as a hyperlink.
    If I get chance I'll do screen grabs over the weekend if you still cannot do it :p

    it difficult to write it without it going live and changing to the word then you cant read it, so if i do it with normal brackets then you use the square ones next to the letter P

    then highlight the address bar on the page you want copy and paste it in

    (url=https://www.thetriumphforum.com/)learnthis(/url)

    so learnthis would be the red word
    after the red word (/url)
    and thats it
    so where I put ( you put [ and I put ) you put ]

    Its comming up error cos I used the wrong brackets on purpose to show it writen

    Find the website you want to link to
    Right Click on It and hit select all

    When it’s highlighted click copy

    Go to your post and type the word you want as a link

    Highlight it

    Go to this symbol above the text box and click on it

    It brings up this

    Right click to get the paste option and click paste

    Click on insert
