    Eyup chaps. I've greased t'bearings int bottom of mi shock, and both ends of t'dogbone. Is this(see pic) a bearing, or just a bush?

    It’s a bearing :)
    The centre piece should come out and you’ll find needle rollers inside :)
    If it was just a bush it wouldn’t have seals :)

    just had to change the dog leg on my sprint it was full of grease but sized solid the grease was to heavy so blocked up the holes it was supposed to flow through so make sure you use a light weight grease

    I use Century Lupus A3 bearing grease.

    I want to change the bearings on mi dog bone. Anyone know what bearings, seals and bush, I need, and where from? I presume a Triumph dealer will be a lot more expensive.
