I've just bought a s/h pair of knee pads for my Bonnie, any one know whats the best way to stick 'em on, seems like some sort of Evostick I peeled off the back, but I'm a bit worried if I use the wrong glue it could attack the paint, was thinking of using double sided carpet tape but will it stand up to getting wet?
I don't think silicone would work on such a slippery surface either.
    Thanks for any idea's,
    Terry

Sorry, can't help with the type of glue, but if you do a search on Youtube for 'Moonfleet41' Delboy has a video tutorial on how he stuck the rubber knee pads on his Bonnie. Might be of use to you.

Cheers mate, just had a look, he suggests it 'might' be upholstery glue, I'll see if I can get hold of some of that 3M double sided tape as on his pads.
