Indicators stopped flashing

As the title says took my 1050 out for a ride today and all my indicators have stopped flashing
They light up but don't flash
I persume its the flash relay,is there anything I can check before I go and purchase a relay
Last question if it is a flash relay where is it , so I can Change it

Have a look at this although it's not that clear it gives you an idea of where everything is and what costs you are going to incur
