    Hello, morning!

I'm about to buy my first Triumph a Daytona 675.

I will inevitably have a horde of stupid questions to ask, so I apologise in advance for incoming duncery.

    Cheers

My first question is about tyres. Can I ask that here, or should I find a more appropriate area?

I'm going to chance my arm here : what tyres do we recommend for every day 'enthusiastic' use, that are nicely radiused and soft, but still grippy enough in the wet?

Not for touring not for trackdays, but for general commuting with a healthy side of weekend hooning.

There is a tyre thread of general discussion, other Daytona owners will be along I'm sure to share their choices with you.

Welcome aboard mate. Nice to see you've already captured the quality (said advisedly) of this forum. Enjoy the ride buddy.

Tyres I'd recommend are Rosso Corsa II, mutli-compound, best for grip and overall performance. If you're round Woburn area we can get them in for you and give you a decent TTF discount.
