Ignition issues

My 12 Speed trip has had an ongoing issue since new, occasionally, when I put the key in and turn it, nothing happens....
Turn it off on a couple of times or wiggle it and it jumps into life????

Then last time I was out it all lit up correctly etc but nothing on starter sw... I checked stand, kill switch, clutch in etc but nothing....
Then after thirty seconds it started....

Wtf??? Any ideas??
