If only you could trust a bike dealership to do something correctly, I recently took my Thruxton 1200 to a triumph dealer for a service, I just noticed the oil was above max level, so I’ve drained 3/4 of a pint out and now it’s correct, an oil change is the most basic operation in a service and they can’t even get that right!, I usually do my own servicing but the bike had missed the sidestand and map updates with the previous owner so I decided to take it in for these to be done at the dealer, never again!.

Having had mates in the garage/dealership trade I would never take any vehicle to one.
