How long have you bee riding. I jump from bike to bike and no problems. Lot of things need explaining here. What style of riding how's your bike set up. Shocks tyres weight on the bike. Any resent accidents. Tell us a lot more and someone will enlighten you.

You surprise me.....which Bonnie have you got (& how new?) and what have you come from?

They are a bit ‘old fashioned’ in feel with a slight willowy nature but predictable and fairly forgiving.

I think that there are so many variables in trying to answer your question.

How much experience have you got, how hard are you riding the bike and are you expecting to much from her.
Is the bike setup correctly especially tyre pressures, 3-4 PSI below the recommended settings will translate to approx 10% and can effect the handling of a bike.
How old is the bike, is the suspension tired.

I’ve got 3 totally different bikes with regards to age, capacity, 4 and 2 stroke and as others I don’t have a problem jumping from one bike to another. I can wobble along with the best of them

I thought this was gonna be a TOTALLY different thread... but enough about 6” being enough “suspension” travel...

Bikes have different geometry... the more you ride, the more the subtitles get under your finger tips.

I like the more sat upright. Wide arm, feet vertically below my knees, feel like you’re steering from your arse position... in my mind, almost supermoto... but I can adjust to the feet under my arse, which is level to my head and hands that feel like they’ve on the front wheel axle... just takes a little more time to be comfortable... just ride as many styles of bike, whenever you can to get a feel for what you like
