Yes and I meant just that with bobbles on, welcome in to the mad house Pen, mistakes is the only way to learn on here and we all forgive them all very freely, and you being a lady helps tremendously of course
Hi and welcome! I also had a little intermezzo with a Road King not too long ago. And as with you it was the heavy weight and lack of maneuverability that made me sell it again. I still think, they are great bikes for the U.S., but in Europe, I am through with hurling more than 360 kg through switchback turns , or trying to reverse on a downsloping gravel patch So my T120 is now also waiting for rising temperatures. Enjoy the forum! Daniel
welcome Penelope, V&H end cans won't make much of a difference on their own, but combined with a free spirit de-cat pipe then that would make a significant difference and not be obnoxious.
Hello Penelope and welcome to the Triumph Asylum !!! Re the pipes question: there are loads of different roads you could go down on this topic not just the V&H ones supplied by Triumph (which are horrendously expensive in my opinion!!). Once you've got your bike, we could talk more about it if you like? Cheers Dave
See Penelope, now they show their real faces! Wait a little and I assure you, they will tell you about our nurse and the medication! Not to mention Essex and the Lord of the Dings! But Ade is fine. He actually could be from Germany. He likes us Triumph riders even though someone messed up his cylinder-set-up and called it GS... Ah, there's the nurse....
Hi Penelope and welcome to the forum. Great choice of bike - February will be over soon and we might get better weather!
Has anyone invited you along to the second Great Annual Forum Meet Up in July? Please see any thread bearing the title Keilder. This should get you there..http://www.thetriumphforum.co.uk/threads/grand-meet-up-2017-kielder.7189/#post-93263 You would be most welcome.
Hi penelope. V&H pipes are tried and tested over the years and are a good pipe. . My penelope has screaming Eagles which as a Harley rider you will know sound great.
