i have just joined the forum to hopefully get some pointers when needed and to see what other Triumph owners are thinking. My first Triumph was a 650 Saint which many may not have heard of, back in the seventies. It was an ex police bike and was a bit of a dog truth be known. Having owned a numerous amount of Honds and Kawasaki’s a couple of Suzuki’s, no Yamaha’s, I bio ugh this my next Triumph in 2006, a red Triumph Sprint 1050. Nice bike with a few niggles, poor lights, mirrors that you couldn’t use above 75 and soft suspension. I changed it in 2010 for a Kawasaki gtr1400 which I continue to own. Read about the 1050 Rus and took a test ride. The rest as they say is history. Great bike no faults.
