I mostly ride older bikes (British and Jap) but have a scrambler:rolleyes: as a everyday ride, my last bike before this was a K5 GSXR 1000:D but at 59 i felt i was a bit to old to keep riding like an idiot and so went for the Triumph as its nice n slow and my head can keep up with it lol.

Hi Darkman and welcome into the Triumph playground - I've gone the other way with "150bhp of pulsating power!!!"

Yesterday I was out on Kitten having fun on some of our local twisties and got up to about 160 - the scenery moves REALLY fast !!!

Welcome to the forum and to bikes that don't play havoc with your back or your licence.

Lol, yes bikes have improved a huge amount just in my lifetime and you just take it for granted how fast bikes have become. I have never had any self control:oops: and have only had a few small off's both on road and track in all that time but it's the excitement that i was chasing. I don't know if its age or the fact we now have two wonderful grandchildren but find my self control is improving lol. One of my Jap bikes i built a few years ago and still get excited riding it:rolleyes:
