Good evening everyone, Just a quick note to introduce myself my names Nick based in the South West In a nutshell been riding bikes since I was 16 started on Suzuki ER50 with a Fresco exhaust .... Been through most sports bikes and super nakeds and now have settled down a little Current rides: Triumph Thruxton 900 Honda VFR vtec Vespa P200e interested to see what the forum has to offer as I’ve got electrical gremlins already Cheers
All I know about Gremlins is: Don't put it near light, especially sunlight, it can kill them. Don't let it get wet with water nor give it any water to drink nor bathe it. No matter how much it cries, no matter how much it begs, NEVER feed it after midnight.
Nick P Welcome to the family. Pray do tell us all about those gremlins you are having I am Sure someone on here will help you out when they stop playing. But you need to enlighten them. As you know here in the asylum the inmates find every thing funny. Also do hit the upload a file bottom right corner and show the beastie of to the inmates. Joe.
Greetings, Nick, and welcome to the forum. We'd love to see some photos of your three rides. I had a 2012 Thruxton 900 myself--the black with gold stripe version. Have always fancied a Vespa so it'll be fun to see a photo or two of that, too. Here's an idea to rid yourself of those gremlins. Or at least ward off additional ones. I have a Triumph bell on my Speed Triple like the one in the last photo. Seriously, though, there are lots of members who will have the expertise and experience to assist you in solving your gremlin problem, I'm sure.
Hi Nick and welcome to the forum best wishes sorting your issues, looking forward to seeing your rides
Take no notice of Sandi, those ten dollar bells are copies. Here's the real ones, made in Ireland by Leprechauns. Notice how many have been sold, all to Thai made Triumph owners. Hurry up there's only 3 left.
At that price, Iron, those bells ought to take care of routine bike maintenance in addition to simply warding off road gremlins!
