Hi, everybody, I'm writing from northern Italy. My name is Ricky and I'm 24 years old. I just bought my first Triumph. It's a street triple r 2020. The bike is fantastic but I've noticed that the sport map is missing and I don't understand why. everywhere it's said it's there and the dealer is looking into it. How is that possible?

I can't even change the maps. the instrumentation is old but the sw is updated. I can only remove the traction control. These things should have been said before. I only have rain and road mode.

Welcome to the family. Not sure on your fault. Its been on here before someone had the identical problems. If you are not happy with the bike its best to take it back and have your money refunded as good not as described and unfit for purpose. But before you do hit the upload a file button bottom right corner and show the steed to the inmates here in the asylum. But I am sure some saner inmates will be along soon and you will get sorted.
    Regards & Ride Safe
    Joe.

You guys are great. You're making me feel at home. Italy, at least for motorcycles, is fantastic. I'm really sorry about so many other things we communicate... Luckily with a nice plate of pasta we'll make you forget them.
Tomorrow I'll also call Triumph and I found a similar topic where I said my opinion..
I'm quite angry at the moment, it's unacceptable that they said it is present, even in the official video you can see it. and I don't have it instead. I wish I could have the bike of another character at certain times. more grumpy

Please don't go talking about Pasta without the invite. You should know its my favourite dish. Now don't get angry it does not help. Take your bike back. It has been mis sold and is not fit for the purpose you purchased it for. I don't know how Italy is on trading standards but here they will support you if something is sold and not as it should be. So of you go to the dealer and say quite simply sort this or replace it or give me my full refund and I will take it to Honda, BMW, Ducati.
    Regards
    Joe.

The other thread is here and exactly what you are suffering from and lays weight with your claim. 765 2020 Street Triple R Missing Modes. Put that in the search box and see what you think.

Sorry to hear about the fault with your bike. Something to consider if your local dealer isn't being helpful and you're in northern Italy, pop over the border to Austria and ask https://www.triumph-tirol.at/de for help.

Hope you getting it sorted soon.
