    Superb !!!!!

I was struck by how easy it was to adjust the tappets in the rocker boxes.

If only I'd kept the 1969 Mustang Mach 1 Convertible/Triumph Stag/911 etc etc etc.

A 1600 MkII Cortina GT was a very, very nice car. My boss had one when I was just starting out and he let me drive it a few times.

The 3.2 ltr Carrera 911 cabriolet was the best car I'd had, followed closely by the 5.7ltr Mustang convertible with sidewinder exhausts that went along the sills - the noise was just awesome.

How many of us have scrapped cars that now are collectable and expensive - Capri, Escort, Cortina, Sierra etc

Yeah, it was a great work horse, had holes in the roof where salt water from my boards dripped onto it, the guttering rotted away so I couldn't put a roof rack on so sh had to go!!
