Anybody here owned or own a Helston leather jacket? Opinions please...looking for a new leather jacket that is plain, well made and that will last a few years or so. I've seen one on FC Moto's website but it has been discontinued. Further searches led me to Motolegends website where I found one of which they do have stock. The quality looks great imo.
my experience is motolegends are fine til you have a problem, then they don't want to know. sportsbikeshop have a massive range, are helpful and will exchange for free if sizing is wrong.
Hi Youngy, I came across one post from 2016 of another forum where someone had a bad experience. Hopefully my purchase is hassle free ! I can not find similar style jackets anywhere in SA. Thanks for your reply!

Update, got the jacket a few weeks ago, (own it for life), I had to pay our dear customs a small fortune to get the jacket released. The quality is definitely excellent, the fit is perfect and very comfortable. Stiching all round is great, zippers is heavy duty and seem very durable, the inner liner is easy to remove and re-install. The jacket is a bit on the heavy side but not unbearable, it re assures you that it's quality kit and adds to the "feel safe" factor. Would definitely recommend.
