I bought this tank on eBay to add to my vintage tank collection. I know it’s not original paint. The emblems look like 66-68? I’d just like to know exactly what I’ve got THX E17A4ECB-AA78-4E4F-982A-27D5704F3FAF.jpeg C7CE905A-E37E-4DAD-816F-72290B60DA77.jpeg E97BD4C0-E37B-4E63-812E-047FD9653465.jpeg 5B350E84-2F82-457D-B064-2DE72266E803.jpeg FFF1E073-305E-49E7-A836-4D360F171687.jpeg

It looks very much like my ‘ 68 Daytona’s tank . Is it missing a bracket at the back with a 3/4” hole ?
It could be a Bonneville , but mine is 45 miles away . B’ Ville would be 1 1/2” longer . One the two with dual petcocks.

There is a coating company in the Chicago named Archer Coatings , I think that can redo both the inside and outside of tank in “ terne coating “ like a car has . Cost $80 . Catch is it must be paint free to avoid contaminating their tanks . Wish I had done this - - .
