Hi all, new to the site.
I ride and commuet every day on my Speed triple RS coming upto 1400 miles since I owned the bike.
Lookig to do various mods in time, first prioroty is a suspension set up. Shame I don;'t have the technical know how to have a bash myself, but I know it will be worth the investment.

    Hi Ian,
Welcome to the forum, suspension set up isn't black magic! Once sag is set, adjust according to comfort or sport settings as advised in the Triumph manual, then a click at a time until you're happy.

Welcome aboard Ian. There are three types of people; those who ride bikes, those who clean bikes, and those who are retired. Mind you some old codgers (like me) are even then too lazy to clean them. Whatever, enjoy the ride mate.
