    Another newbie here, checking in to say hi. I’m located on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada, and ride a lovely new Bonneville T120 Aluminum.

    Looking for any thoughts and advice on customizations and modifications, so feel free to share at your convenience.

    Hi Rob & Welcome to the forum. Personally I'd keep it standard for a while, then slowly add to or modify later on when you know what you really want/need.

    Welcome to the forum! The modifications probably depend mostly on the type of riding you plan to do. For example - longer trips/heated grips - that rhymes :) As you come up with your planned additions, you can bounce them off the other members to see what brands and options they like best.
