Hi guys, I’m Herve from South-West of France . I’m 42 years old. I ride on is an Honda CB650F, good bike but boring. So, I’m interested to replace it by a 2016 Speed Triple R or S1000R. I’ve tried these bikes and like them. But I think that the Speed is better for my use. Otherwise, I have two daughters, practicing road and moutain bikes. Well, happy to rejoin the Triumph forum community and hope quickly to get the 1050 ! And sorry for my bad English langage.

Hi and welcome Herve, i can fully recommend the 16 Speed Triple R. I would say it's the handling that makes this bike so much fun
Salut Hervé et bienvenue au Asile de Triumph - il faut faire fou !! Regarding your next choice of bike, we on here would obviously recommend the Speed Triple over the S1000R (which is an excellent bike) because the Speed is a better all-round bike for the 'real world'. Fast? - yes! Handles brilliantly? - yes! Loads of fun? - absolutely. Cheaper than the BM - definitely ! Speed Triple range starts at 12 500€; the S1000R range starts at 13 500€. There are lots and lots of HAPPY Speedy owners on here and all say the same thing - GET ONE !!!!!!!!!
