Hello Again.

So after a lot of soul searching and because I have some good friends on here (especially those that lifted an unruly VStrom off my foot a couple of years ago), I’ve decided to test the waters and see if it’s safe to come back. I understand Wayne is now an Admin, which is great news as he’s a lovely chap who will do a good job.
My news is that I no longer own a Triumph. The Speedmaster got traded in for a new Honda VFR800F and I still have my trusty VStrom. I also bought a Suzuki Address 110 scooter which goes on a little trailer towed behind Cyril my motorhome.
I’m hoping to move back to the UK sometime next year when the virus allows me to go house hunting. Looking at either Yorkshire or Lancashire to be close to family and friends. Bad timing really as I now have a permanent residents permit to live in the Netherlands.

Here’s hoping that next year sees an end to this cursed virus and that we can get back to normality.

No point in staying here now Eric. I’m retired now and my family and 99% of my friends are in the UK, so it’s a no brainer really. Besides this country is bloody expensive and as a Yorkshire lass it hurts to pay over the odds for everything.

 

No Waspy has been upright ever since he decided to have a little lie down in Germany. I don’t think I’ve done more than a couple of hundred miles on him this year.
