It seems Harley-Davidson really have been bad boys, and are having to pay out $12m to settle allegations of allowing higher pollutants than allowed. It seems they sold 340,000 super tuners that although increased HP also increased emissions, their defense...that the devices were only to be used for off-road and closed course competitions. now I don't know about you guys, but I don't see many Harley -Davidson's going off road on on the race track...
