I'm thinking about a change of handlebar for my Thunderbird 900 to give me a slightly lean forward position as I find this more comfy than the upright position . Just wondering what options are available, I'm looking at thunderbird sport ones on fleabay , bit pricey though I'm guessing would be suitable ? Just a thought but has anyone ever tried rolling the original bars forwards taking the u bend round the clocks and the grips further forwards or does this not work ?
I went for a set of Thunderbird sport 900 bars , had a bit of a faff with throttle cable length and had to fit a shorter cable . There's a thread in technical help forum . Cheer Gloria.
