I don’t think you get extra discount on offers, I tried it with 2 for 1 bulbs and they actually charged me for 2 bulbs minus the trade discount which ended up as more

 

Blimey, did you still buy them at the higher price ? I would have told them to swing and asked for the 2 for 1 instead

 

Never paid for bulbs yet!! Always free from breakers yards

 

Funnily enough I decided against the discount!

 

We don’t have breakers yards down here, all our nicked vehicles get sent your way

 

I have to many sockets sets my boys always seem to keep buying me them. The only thing I need to get at present is a new 1/2 ratchet just snapped mine trying to remove the front engine bolts from my bonnie but I think it was close to thirty years of age so I got my monies worth.
