Grind A Plastic Fuel Tank

    Okay. .here's one for you....
    Anyone ever chopped or grinded down this bit on a plastic fuel tank so it fits easily without crow barring it into position....
    I don't know if that's a solid bit of plastic...
    Don't want to grind it and fuel piss every where as it's a full tank....

    If that's a late 90's sprint tank through to the early 2000's , yeah it's safe to file or grind a little off , that's solid plastic for sure ;)

    2001 gen1... it's a right pain in the proverbial for the sake of a few mm...
    Thanks for that I shall get onto filing that down a bit tomorrow...
