    Hi Chaps,

Looking to add some grab rails on my 2020 T100, like you get on the T120 as standard. Is OEM the way to go or is there a good cheaper aftermarket alternative?

Also, is it something that you can DIY or does it require a dealer to fit if it involves fettling with rear suspension because I believe it comes in some sort of kit?

    Thanks.

I have the OE rack on my T100 Black. The rack comes with a rear grab rail that follows the contour of the saddle.

It is the Grab Rail Kit which consists of 2 parts; the main dresser bar (see: https://www.worldoftriumph.com/products/triumph-grab-rail-mounting-kit-chrome) and grab rail (see: https://www.worldoftriumph.com/collections/bonneville-t100/products/triumph-grab-rail-chrome) - Kit details: https://www.worldoftriumph.com/collections/100067837-0-2?type=bonneville-t100-efi

The part number for the main dresser rail is A9738012 which accroding to the Fowlers site is for nearly all Bonneville and T100 models: https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk/parts/view/A9738012

There is another variation of the grab rail which is a single piece: https://www.worldoftriumph.com/collections/bonneville-t100/products/triumph-grab-rail-black

Provided you know the difference between a spanner and a screw driver you will no difficulty fitting the rail yourself. I did mine withing a few minutes.
