    Mrs. V just read all your comments and thanks you all for the congrats. She was elated you were all so happy for her. Sadly this will probably mean I will have less access to the striple... (thanks @Ducatitotriumph ... :joy:)... we'll be off tomorrow on our first proper ride-out together!

    I’d manage, but only if I read slowly. To be fair, that text looks almost (but not quite) as incomprehensible as Welsh. Random selections of letters.

    The Welsh took all the consonants whereas the Dutch took all the vowels…

    Mix the two together and you get English.

    Statistically the letter E is the most used in English, O seems to be very popular in Dutch.

    Interesting statistics, although in that poster 25% of readable letters are o and only 6% are e - very different to the official line giving it a standard deviation of er, a lot…

    Edit: can’t believe I just counted the sodding letters!
