Hi All!
I am planning a little side trip with a friend, (after a group trip to Nurburgring) to go through the Black Forest and Luxembourg back to the UK. If anyone has any tips (like fab, bike friendly places to stay - must have good food) or advice for 2 lady riders... please send my way

Thanks, Littleade.... I actually did have a look and I found the maps odd. I had to download a GPX reader first and then their route was straight lines between a few seemingly random places (heading toward ol Blighty). I don't want to spend a month planning a trip that is a week long. So thought I'd find a wealth of info here.... Have you used their maps before? I was hoping to import them into myrouteapp, or my TomTom. But it didn't look straightforward.

HI @Yolande great to see you are still enjoying your tiger!!

getting a route off the Ride website
1 find the route then open it
2 click on the export button that then opens a dialogue box with the different file types you can save it in
3 click on the filetype you want, it will then save it to your designated download folder.
4 open myrouteapp and go into routes in your profile page
5 top right there will be a button saying "+new" click on that, once opened it'll give you 3 options, click on "route (upload)"
you then get the option to navigate to the folder where your downloaded map is.
6 click on the file you want, click open then click import, this then adds it to your route list in myrouteapp.
you can then make edits to it

regarding copying routes onto your tomtom, if it takes a memory card , the best way is to save the route as an .ITN file onto the card and insert it into TT then load it from there, that way it keeps any waypoints etc.
Regarding routes maybe @Winglad or @BonnieCat will be able to help you out.
I know the Moselle valley is lovely if it is enroute and the D(?) 500 is meant to be a great ride
