Gear selector shaft

Anyone know if its going to be expensive to repair. Any input would be appreciated.

 

Ok your not going to like this but more or less it means taking the engine out turning it upside down and taking off the bottom half of the crankcase to replace the shaft, you do not have to take the clutch out as that can just stay in place on the transmission main shaft.
