Fuel Tank Trimmings

    Never sure where to post things about my Speed Twin. Is it a Bonneville, or closer to a Thruxton?

    Anyway, I borrowed this tip from a Bikeshed build of a Thruxton.

    The seam weld on the bottom of the fuel tank is a bit rubbish. The Bikeshed guys added some of this stuff, which cleans up the lines a bit. I made the mistake of only ordering 1M; it takes more to do both sides so order 2M.

    Here is a pic showing half and half. Gives you an idea of how it changes the appearance.
