Front Fork - Efi Scrambler 900 Issue

Hi everyone, i am looking for some help. I had (until now) a working scrambler 900 and i wanted to put progressive Hagon springs in the front. Followed all the guides for removal, getting oil out etc. I have gone to put new oil in and pump a few times to expel any air pockets, and now the stantions will not extend like they are jammed. Has anyone had any experience of this and how they fixed it? Thanks
