Front Brake And Throttle Housing

Hello Everyone,
I installed the Motone Up and Back risers on my 2018 Bobber Black, and wanted to roll up the hand controls to a flatter position. No problem on the clutch side, but on the brake/throttle side, it only comes up so far and feels like it hits a stop of some sort. I need to get it to a flatter position. Any ideas?
