I just found this nice "gadget" on the internet. For real brand loyal fans of TRIUMPH! Unfortunately, the purchase price is beyond my budget. For all who don't have this problem, for €5.290.- or around $ 5950.- you can buy this watch. Link: www.breitling.com
Or you could - if you were very lucky - buy a matching bike and watch ..... https://www.triumphmotorcycles.co.u...7MnSMFBqQef3zz5lTIpO4dp9CyafysCIawFLq5g#ukorf ..... but,in the UK at least, you'd be one of a very select few - ballot entry ony. P.S. Ignore all of that - it's sold out in this country!
Oh no! not another limited edition! Big deal, yawn..........ZZZZZzzzzzzz...... Why didn't they make it more "special" with maybe an extra 30bhp or lose 10kg etc. Maybe I should have a Casio paint job on my Scrambler, can't be many of those about.
Casio G-Shocks have gotten me to Hell and back several times over, -50*F to 140*F, 28,000 ft AGL to 200 ft BSL submerged. Fistfights, gunfights, week-long benders, all night romps, multi-hour soulless staff meetings and the list goes on. I'll be dipped in shit before I spend much more than 100 bucks on a watch. These days I'm rockin' Mickey Mouse. Seriously.
Seems that Triumph are looking to align with top brands and Breitling is definitely one. This following the 007 alignment. I'm sure we will see others in the future.
Wonder if they would take my Bonneville as part exchange. Or can i get it on that what do they call it psp or something. Joe
Breitling are big heavy clunky expensive things , with unnecessarily complicated dials. Why would a motorcyclist want such a thing ?
'Kin 'ell, the bike is £16000 with the 'opportunity' to buy a watch with the same limited edition number on it. The watches were over £4000 (all sold out now). I'll think I'll find one of those Mickey Mouse watches. Much cooler
It’s to add a bit more weft to the lower arm when wanking their egos… it would have been better if Breitling had actually made some cockpit instrumentation for the bike… a really nice speedo and rev counter… not just a handlebar top clamp and paint job.
Have to agree that the Navitimer watches are very busy, however other watches in the range like the superocean are good looking and great automatic watches, if automatic watches are your thing
They were mid flow painting those fuel tanks when I did the factory tour. I’m surprised the first bike they released wasnt the thruxton considering their shops currently have the rs in them. There must be a batch of bikes ready to go on display I don’t particularly like that blue paint scheme. May as well just buy one and drop it off at the British motorcycle museum as thats where it is likely destined in years to come. Makes the ton up edition look rather nice in comparison. There seems to be so many Triumph special editions at the mo in quick succession. Have Triumph always been like this or is it a new thing?
I remember my first watch, my dad got me a £1.99 digital watch from the petrol station. I was jealous of my mate who had the Timex watch from Argos, the one that had the full set of features.
