    Hi All,

Have just fitted a Denali Can smart to my new Tiger along with a pair of S4 aux lights. This obviously involved disconnecting the battery.

All well and good excep a few days after doing the work I was cleaning the bike and checked all the lights. When I switched on the fog lights (with engine running) they flickered and went out. Repeated pressings of the fog light button produced the same result. Also a large image appears on the dash display saying 'Fog light fault'. I've tried the basic checks but nothing obvious.

Anybody got any suggestions (such as some kind of reset) before I go to talk to the dealer, wallet in hand.

    Best regards,

    Hamish.

That's a rough situation, sorry to hear it. It's a known issue with some Speed 400s having head problems. The long wait for parts from India is the biggest headache for everyone. Hopefully Solent can get you sorted faster once the head finally arrives.

If it is actually registered on your TFT as a fault I agree to check all the connections working in a reverse order to avoid and going over previously checked areas do these particular lights incorporate a separate earth or need earthing to the bikes frame
